With more than 20 years of worldwide design experience, Philios balances his universal vision with the belief that architecture and design should not only be aesthetically pleasing, but should also benefit the community and capture the spirit of a place. He has worked in Germany, Dubai and currently in Cyprus. His award-winning projects of significant scale and complexity span urban planning, mixed use, tall buildings, commercial offices, hospitality and residential buildings, including first prize in the Architectural Competition for the Paphos Municipality Town hall, the Regional Centre of Monagri and many more. He is a graduate of the University of Technische Karlsruhe, Germany with a Master’s Degree in architecture
